Micah Hillis, MSW, LCSW

I earned a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies from Philadelphia Biblical University (Cairn University). I then went on to earn a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in social work and mental health. My experience has taken me through individual, family, group, inpatient and outpatient treatment settings providing treatment for behavioral issues, mental health and addictions. I have worked with many children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral issues. I have also been a clinical supervisor for several years. I have experience providing Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Choice Therapy techniques. I hold the belief that each and every person holds an immense capacity for change, regardless of their past struggles or future challenges.

Teddie O’Neill, LAC

I am a graduate of Cairn University where I earned my Masters Degree in Christian Counseling. I am licensed in NJ with my Associate Counselor License (LAC) and currently working towards my License Professional Counselor’s license (LPC). My counseling approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral. I am certified in Advanced Specialization in Christian Counseling. I am a Grief Recovery Specialist and have my Level 1 training from the Gottman Method Couples Training. I worked for Oasis Counseling from 2012-2018. During these years I counseled a wide range of age groups with a wide array of varied issues. These included grief recovery, parenting, depression, cutting, marital issues, verbal and sexual abuse, bullying, divorce trauma, involving both children and parents, anxiety, panic attacks, suicide ideation, PTSD, alcoholism, and abandonment.

Christina Kadelski, LPC

I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Francis College and earned a Master’s Degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Currently, I am pursing licensure as a Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have extensive experience treating individuals who have experienced a wide variety of concerns, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, domestic violence, low self-esteem, relationship issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, parenting issues, PTSD, substance abuse, anger management, and criminal justice issues. I utilize a person-centered approach and have years of experience providing both individual and group counseling in the following areas: DBT informed Therapy, DBT for Substance Use Disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Mind-Body Skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Seeking Safety and Relapse Prevention. I will support you in developing skills and resiliency to make the changes you are capable of, within a warm, trusting and safe environment.
